When a log is quick and straightforward to resolve, there's usually nothing to pay. You're only charged for the more involved investigations.
No commitment and no minimum. Each analysis is priced on the work involved — a simple read costs little or nothing, a more detailed one costs a bit more. Run nothing, pay nothing.
Charges are added up as you go and issued as a single itemised invoice on the last day of each month, which you can view and download from My account. VAT is shown separately.
Your account — whether it's your name or your team's — only ever sees and is billed for its own analyses. Nothing of yours is visible to any other team.

Most analyses are free or a pound or two — even a big, complex log rarely comes to more than a few pounds. Prices are per analysis and exclude VAT. No minimum charge and no commitment: run what you need, when you need it.
